Booking Form
Christmas Buffet Lunch
12 noon - 3:30pm 25th December 2008
Adults - $100
Children (under 12 years) - $50
Children under 5 - no charge
Place your booking online or at the
restaurant.
A deposit of $25 per head is required to confirm your booking.
Payments can be made by cash, EFTPOS or credit card in the restaurant or credit
card over the phone.
On receipt of deposit and booking details your booking will be confirmed by
email or phone.
No guarantees made but seating preference is given in order of booking.
Full payment must be made by Monday 1st
December 2008.
No deposit refunds after Thursday 11th December 2008.
